Independent Bible Study Ministry

About Biblicalist

Man’s Questions. God’s Answers.

Biblicalist is an independent, Scripture-centered Bible study ministry created to help people examine life’s questions, popular beliefs, Christian teachings, and difficult passages through the authority of the Word of God.

The Foundation

Every Question Must Return to Scripture

In a world shaped by changing opinions, religious traditions, personal experiences, and human philosophy, Biblicalist seeks to return every question to one essential foundation: What does the Scripture say?

“For what saith the scripture?”

Romans 4:3 · King James Bible

Section 01

Why Biblicalist Exists

People are surrounded by confident claims about God, salvation, truth, morality, suffering, purpose, and eternity. Yet a belief is not true merely because it is popular, traditional, emotional, or sincerely held.

Biblicalist exists to help readers move beyond assumptions and examine what the Bible actually says.

The purpose is not to promote human opinion, defend religious tradition, or follow the changing ideas of the culture. The purpose is to open the Scriptures, consider each passage in context, compare Scripture with Scripture, and allow the Word of God to govern every conclusion.

Section 02

Our Mission

The mission of Biblicalist is to help readers engage seriously with the written Word of God without weakening its message, avoiding difficult subjects, or replacing biblical truth with motivational language.

01
Read the Scriptures carefully.Begin with what God has written.
02
Examine beliefs honestly.Test every claim rather than accepting assumptions.
03
Understand biblical truth clearly.Respect the words, context, and teaching of Scripture.
04
Respond to the Word of God faithfully.Truth is meant to be believed, obeyed, and lived.
Section 03

Our Commitment to Scripture

Biblicalist believes that the Holy Scriptures are the inspired, preserved, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God.

The Bible is the final authority for doctrine, faith, salvation, Christian living, and every subject upon which it speaks. Human reasoning, religious systems, personal experience, and cultural opinion must all remain subject to the written Word of God.

Scripture quotations throughout Biblicalist are taken from the King James Bible.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

2 Timothy 3:16 · King James Bible

How the Studies Are Prepared

Biblicalist studies are prepared under the Biblicalist name through careful reading of the King James Bible, attention to the immediate and broader context, and comparison of Scripture with Scripture.

Begin with the biblical text.
Respect the immediate and broader context.
Compare related passages of Scripture.
Distinguish biblical teaching from human assumption.
Explain truth clearly and responsibly.
Encourage readers to examine every conclusion for themselves.

Every explanation published by Biblicalist remains subject to the authority of the Word of God.

“Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”

1 Thessalonians 5:21 · King James Bible

Section 05

Independent by Design

Biblicalist is independently prepared and maintained. It is not governed by a denomination, institution, publisher, or outside organization.

Biblicalist does not present human writings as equal to Scripture, and it does not claim that its explanations are inspired or infallible. The Bible alone is the final authority.

Readers are encouraged to compare every teaching with Scripture and to report factual, typographical, technical, or linking errors for review.

Section 06

What Biblicalist Is Not

Biblicalist is a study resource designed to support serious engagement with Scripture. It is not intended to replace the ordinary responsibilities and blessings of the Christian life.

It is not a replacement for personal Bible reading.
It is not a replacement for prayer.
It is not a replacement for fellowship with believers.
It is not a replacement for biblical pastoral leadership.
It is not a replacement for faithful participation in a local church.
It is not an authority equal to the Word of God.
Section 07

A Summary of Our Biblical Convictions

What Biblicalist Believes

Biblicalist holds to the inspiration, preservation, authority, and sufficiency of Scripture; one God revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost; the full deity and humanity of Jesus Christ; His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and personal return.

Biblicalist believes that all people are sinners, that salvation is entirely by grace through faith in Jesus Christ apart from human works, that believers receive eternal life, and that the Gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures.

Biblicalist also affirms the importance of the local church, holy Christian living, evangelism, discipleship, the future return of Christ, the resurrection, final judgment, heaven, hell, and eternity.

Do Not Accept a Teaching Merely Because It Is Confidently Presented

Every reader is encouraged to open the Bible, examine the context, compare the passages, and determine whether the teaching agrees with the written Word of God.

“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”

Acts 17:11 · King James Bible

Biblicalist exists to bring man’s questions before God’s answers. The goal of every lesson, study, explanation, and resource is to direct attention away from human opinion and back to the truth of Scripture.

“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
