Use Biblicalist Carefully, Honestly, and Respectfully

Biblicalist is provided to encourage serious engagement with Scripture. These terms protect the studies, explain permitted use, and clarify the limits of the Site’s responsibility.

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or use biblicalist.org. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to follow these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Purpose of Biblicalist

Biblicalist is an independent, Scripture-centered Bible study website. It provides articles, lessons, explanations, questions, downloadable resources, and other materials intended to encourage careful examination of the King James Bible.

The Site is provided for personal study, Christian education, and general informational purposes.

Section 03

Scripture and Study Content

Biblicalist seeks to explain biblical subjects carefully and responsibly. However, Biblicalist does not claim that its explanations are inspired, infallible, or equal to Scripture.

The Bible alone is the final authority. Readers are encouraged to examine the context, compare Scripture with Scripture, and test every conclusion by the written Word of God.

Content on Biblicalist is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, psychological, emergency, or other professional advice.

Where a situation requires professional assistance, urgent care, or emergency help, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or the relevant emergency service.

Permitted Personal Use

You may read, print, download, and share Biblicalist materials for personal, non-commercial Bible study, teaching, or ministry use, provided that the material is not altered in a misleading way and Biblicalist is clearly identified as the source.

Brief quotations may be shared with proper attribution and, where practical, a link to the original Biblicalist page.

Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the original writing, lesson structure, page organization, design, graphics, and other original material published by Biblicalist are owned or controlled by Biblicalist and are protected under applicable intellectual-property law.

Permission for personal use does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish complete studies, reproduce substantial portions of the Site, create competing collections, or use Biblicalist materials commercially.

Scripture Quotations and Third-Party Material

Scripture quotations on Biblicalist are taken from the King James Bible. Biblicalist does not claim ownership of the biblical text.

Names, trademarks, logos, videos, payment tools, social-media features, and other material belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:

  • break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
  • interfere with the Site’s security, operation, or availability;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive content;
  • impersonate Biblicalist or falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation;
  • remove source identification or copyright notices;
  • systematically copy, scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission; or
  • use Biblicalist content in a misleading, defamatory, abusive, or commercially exploitative manner.

Questions and Communications

When you email Biblicalist or submit a question, you are responsible for the information and material you choose to provide. Do not send content that is unlawful, harmful, confidential to another person, or owned by someone else without permission.

Sending a question does not guarantee a response or publication. Biblicalist may edit a submitted question for clarity or discuss the subject without publishing your personal information.

Voluntary Support and PayPal

Financial support for Biblicalist is voluntary and does not purchase doctrinal influence, special access, or a guaranteed product or service.

Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal’s own terms, privacy practices, fees, security procedures, and dispute processes apply when you use its service.

External Links and Services

The Site may link to or use services operated by other organizations, including PayPal, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Fonts, hosting providers, and other technical services.

External links are provided for convenience or functionality. Biblicalist does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of external websites and services.

Availability and Changes

Biblicalist may update, correct, reorganize, suspend, remove, or discontinue any page, lesson, feature, download, or part of the Site at any time.

The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting problems, security concerns, technical failures, or circumstances outside Biblicalist’s control.

Biblicalist seeks to present accurate quotations, references, links, and explanations, but typographical, technical, factual, or linking errors may occur.

Readers are encouraged to verify Scripture references and report suspected errors to info@biblicalist.org for review.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Biblicalist makes no guarantee that every page will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.
